On Monday 21st November we welcome Govia Thameslink Railways Chief Operating Officer, Dyan Crowther. With Dyan’s extensive operating experience she will be discussing the current issues facing GTR and the wide reaching impacts they have across the country. Dyan will also be speaking about how the GTR franchise will deliver major benefits such as new trains, refreshed stations and customer service improvements.

We welcome all IRO members, anyone that works in the railway industry (or is looking to join the industry) and anyone interested in becoming a member.
