Serco has provided air traffic control services in the Middle East for over 60 years, beginning in 1947 with the Bahrain Civil Aviation Authority and Sharjah Airport Authority.
Currently, we provide aeronautical services at six leading international airports and area control centers in the Gulf region which includes Bahrain, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah as well as UAE Area Control Centre.
Serco’s activities in the Middle East range from top-level consultancy of the strategies, structures, and processes needed to provide operational services, through to the ground level provision and management of services such as air traffic control, engineering, technology and transport.
