You are invited to an IRO Young Operators presentation and discussion with Patrick Hallgate, Route Managing Director for Western.

Patrick, the youngest of Network Rail’s new devolved managing directors (according to Rail Professional!), will begin by talking about his career at Network Rail, but we hope to devote most of the session to questions from the audience on a wide range of issues.
