Mike Hogg will be giving a presentation about Japanese Railway Operations. A look at how the day to day operation of the Japan Central Railway is managed, including driver training, in cab-arrangements, diagramming, cultural differences from UK practice and a novel way of ensuring that traincrew sign on for duty on time.
