Level Crossings pose a significant risk to railway operations worldwide and much work is going on to mitigate the risk.

Terry Spicer is a Level Crossings expert from Australia, with his company RLXSafety.

He also works part-time for the State of Victoria Ministry of Transportation.

He will be giving his talk ‘Towards the Intelligent Level Crossing’ part of which was delivered to the 12^th International Global Level Crossing Symposium which was held earlier this month in London.
