On Wednesday 3rd February 2016 Mark Steward, Operations Director for South West Trains, will be speaking to the South East area about the reshaping of the South Western Railway Alliance.  Mark will be talking about the structure since the reshaping, the lessons learnt and the reasons why the Alliance had to be re-shaped.

We welcome all IRO members or anyone that works in Rail Industry interested in becoming a member. Refreshments will be available from 17:30 and the event will be followed by our popular networking session giving you the opportunity to meet fellow rail industry professionals.
