On Monday 16th May we welcome Michael Holden, Former Chief Executive of Directly Operated Railways. Michael will be speaking about the role he and his organisation played in getting East Coast to deliver the exceptionally high customer satisfaction scores that it did.
Michael has a wealth of experience in the industry including being Managing Director of South Eastern and turning them around after the keys were taken back from Connex. He was also the inaugural Chair of the South East Area of the IRO.
We welcome all IRO members or anyone that works in Rail Industry interested in becoming a member. Refreshments will be available from 17:30 and the event will be followed by our popular networking session giving you the opportunity to meet fellow rail industry professionals.
