A presentation by Phil Graham

Having joined British Rail in the 1970s, Phil Graham was subsequently successful in being selected to the post of Management Trainee as an internal entrant to the staff development scheme. Following a number of promotions in operational management positions, his career progressed with Railtrack and Network Rail. Phil is widely recognised for his expertise in signalling issues and, now in retirement, continues to lecture on ‘rules and regulations’ to new generations of railway people. We look forward to his presentation ‘Principles of Signalling’ at a time of significant developments in this area.
