Event Details

Please note that this is a revised date – the visit was originally arranged for 8th July.

Neville Hill Traincare depot is used by East Midlands Trains, Northern Rail and East Coast for maintenance, fueling, cleaning and stabling of trains sets and units. This visit is an opportunity for delegates to see first-hand the Northern Rail facilities, find out how they ensure over 100 of Northern Rail units are running every day and get a close up view of some of the 6 different classes of Northern units maintained their.

Delegates shall meet on the concourse at Leeds station outside WH Smiths where a minibus will then transport you to and from the depot.

There is a limit of 12 places so an early application is highly recommended.
Pre-booking is essential.
In the event of the visit being oversubscribed priority will be give to IRO members who are currently participating in the education programme.
