Golden Whistles

Members from across the rail industry gathered at the Marriott on Grosvenor Square in London today (Friday 27th January 2017) for the 2017 Golden Whistles Awards.  Founded in 2010 by Chris Loder, former Chair of the IRO South East Area, the awards celebrate and promote excellence in railway operations.

The awards, which are run in conjunction with the Fourth Friday Club and in association with Modern Railways, also promote the sharing of best practice.  This year’s morning conference welcomed a range of speakers who shared their expertise with delegates.
